Are you a generic outsourcing company?
No. The website and operating model are built around named service owners, documented procedures, security classification, and measurable reporting — not an unnamed bench of contractors.
Which engagement models do you offer?
Dedicated teams, project delivery, managed services, build-operate-transfer, and outcome-based work. We recommend a model based on continuity, scope, and whether you need capacity, a defined outcome, or process ownership.
Where is delivery based?
Delivery is based in India, with U.S.-aligned governance, overlap hours, and follow-the-sun coverage where the service requires it.

Which services can we start with?
Staffing and projects, RPO, BPO, HR administration, managed IT, cybersecurity, training operations, and eCommerce. Most clients begin with one launch service and expand once reporting and quality are stable.
Can you cover U.S. business hours?
Yes. Coverage can be U.S. hours, India hours, extended hours, or follow-the-sun. Overlap windows and handoff templates are defined in the engagement.
How do you handle security and data?
Work is classified, access is least-privilege, devices are managed, and customer data maps are documented. Cyber services add monitoring, endpoint protection, and incident-ready runbooks.

Do you work only with large enterprises?
No. Packages include Start India for one-to-three person teams, Project Launch for defined outcomes, and Managed Operations for process ownership. Small and midsize U.S. businesses are a primary audience.
How is pricing structured?
Price follows scope, skill, seniority, coverage window, security requirements, and service levels. Dedicated capacity and transition-intensive managed services use minimum commitments defined in the proposal.
